About the Role: As a strategic partner, you’ll collaborate with senior HR and business leaders to drive impact across culture, engagement, remuneration, and organisational design, while supporting readiness for a new HR system and leading key people initiatives. What You’ll Be Doing… Strategic HR Consulting: Provide strategic HR advice and support to senior leaders within your assigned business area. HR Generalist Support: Collaborate with HR generalists to execute life cycle activities, including remuneration reviews, engagement & culture initiatives, and seasonal campaigns as well as ad hoc divisional response activity. Project Management: Contribute to people related projects, supporting various HR initiatives, such as Organisational Design, and ensuring smooth execution. HR System Support: Assist with the readiness for the implementation of a new HR system, through a focus on strong process foundations and data integrity. Continuous Improvement: Support the review of resources presently available for leaders and employees and work to ensure its current and user friendly.
