Super Ninja Waspinator is looking for three experienced self-employed agents to cover the UK and Irish garden centre market. Following the retirement of our long-serving agent, we are dividing the territory into three regions.

In 2023, we acquired Waspinator Ltd, a well-known and trusted brand in the UK garden trade, and have continued to build on its strong foundation. In the UK and Ireland, we work mainly with garden centres. No unnecessary layers, no politics. We treat everyone as equal, whether you’re a field agent or part of our core team.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and grow relationships with garden centres and trade customers across your territory
  • Present the full Super Ninja product range to existing and prospective customers on a seasonal basis
  • Log visits and opportunities in our CRM on a weekly basis
  • Collaborate closely with our internal sales team on orders and follow-up

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in the UK garden trade as an agent, buyer or sales professional
  • Proven network with garden centres, DIY retailers or wholesalers in the region
  • Knowledge of the seasonal market cycle (winter sell-in, spring ranging)
  • Self-employed status (sole trader or Ltd company)
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
  • Familiarity with the GIMA network or similar industry organisations
  • Experience with CRM systems and digital order processing

Additional performance bonuses apply per region. Personal introductions by our retiring agent, with joint customer visits through Q3 and Q4. Product training and brand introduction from day one. FULL SALES SUPPORT.
