Job Summary:

Supermicro Computer is looking for an experienced VP, Sales who can help grow our market share. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing sustainable strategic relationships with key stakeholders, and identifying market opportunities to enable growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for EMEA sales revenue growth, develop EMEA sales strategies and lead sales and business development initiatives in EMEA.
  2. Directly responsible for a team of sales professionals and drive performance and services excellence expectations.
  3. Make predictable, repeatable and scalable EMEA sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  4. Align the sales team objectives with the business strategy through active participation in corporate strategic planning, sales strategy development, sales analysis and resource planning.
  5. Develop sustainable strategic relationships with key stakeholders across targeted accounts to maximize effectiveness in driving short and long-term account growth and meaningful partnerships.
  6. Identify go to market strategies and opportunities, build business cases, prioritize and present findings to leadership, and execute strategic projects to enable growth.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 15 years of sales experience in the computer, server, or hardware industry is preferred.
  2. Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree in Business or Management related is a plus.
  3. Experience working with C-level executives in large fortune companies.
  4. Deep knowledge in server, storage and management solutions, knowledge in Cloud data centers and the enterprise IT environment.
  5. Great leadership and strong ability of working with and managing people from different functions.
  6. Strong communication skills across multiple disciplines, cultures, and geographies.
  7. Great analytic skills in market and industry research.

Salary Range:

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
