You will manage customer accounts, drive sales through active prospecting, and develop strategic relationships with system integrators, VARs, and OEMs, ensuring exceptional customer service and successful order fulfillment. Ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and preferably experience in server sales.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Monitor and handle the assigned accounts to make sure to achieve the quoteDevelop / supervise customer service relationships with assigned accounts and prospectsMonitor inventory, negotiate prices, enter and monitor order start to delivery. facilitate credit issues and after sales servicesResponsible for outbound cold calls and potential customers, e.g. System integrators, VARs, OEMsQualify opportunities and follow up; create target lists for vertical marketsDevelop relationships, communicate product and market informationConsistently achieve leads and quotaQualifications:Bachelor\’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not essentialCandidates should demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a proactive, positive attitudeExperience in a server sales environment preferredExcellent communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills across multiple disciplines and culturesPassionate for sales activitiesExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsEEO StatementSupermicro is an Equal Opportunity Employer and embraces diversity in our employee population.
