Super Hiring is seeking a Training Co-ordinator to drive delivery of mandatory and bespoke training across East London and other homes, with travel to Eastbourne as required. You will embed a therapeutic approach, support staff development and ensure Ofsted safeguarding standards.
You will deliver training, assess learners, support induction and contribute to IQA processes, quality assurance and training plans in partnership with the Training Manager.
