  • Lead strategic and venture investments, from origination through execution and portfolio management.
  • Lead broader strategic projects across the Group, including new market entries and internal due diligence / strategic reviews.
  • Conduct sector, market, and competitive analysis to identify strategic opportunities.
  • Build and analyse financial models, including operating models, DCFs, returns analysis, and customer cohort and unit economics analysis.
  • Drive due diligence workstreams across financial, legal, commercial, technology, and regulatory areas.
  • Prepare investment memos and presentations for the Investment Committee, Executive Committee, and Board of Directors.
  • Maintain relationships with banks, advisors, potential targets, and industry participants, and attend industry events and conferences.

This list covers your core responsibilities – with plenty of room to stretch, explore and take on new challenges as we grow.

What you’ll bring

  • Clear, confident communication (written and verbal), and the ability to breakdown complex ideas.
  • A collaborative mindset, working smoothly with cross‑functional teams to hit shared goals.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects without dropping the ball.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high‑quality work.

  • Strong track record of executing M&A transactions and investments.
  • Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills.
  • Proven ability to lead due diligence workstreams.
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal guidance, while exercising good judgement on when to seek support.
  • Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and an independent mindset, with the ability to challenge assumptions.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High agency, adaptability, and proactivity, with a positive, can‑do attitude.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university (e.g. Oxford, Cambridge, LSE, LBS, HEC, ETH, Bocconi). Master’s degree preferred.
