SuperCarers are working in partnership with a client in Camden. They are currently looking for a Project Manager to work in the Floating Support Service. This is a brand new role.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead on embedding a brand new floating support contract in Camden.
- Oversee other new project set-ups as part of the Housing management team.
- Be a key member of the quality team.
- Responsible for setting up a new outreach service in conjunction with the relevant manager and senior management team.
- Meet and welcome new service users, conduct initial assessments, and set up support plans.
- Review and meet families, updating or creating a variety of documentation as necessary in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and provide support for service users in the new outreach service, enabling them to take responsibility for the running of their home and promoting their development in living independently in the community.
- Be creative and innovative in helping design new groups for people with learning disabilities to get involved.
- Work with other departments within the organisation to help develop group work for service users.
- Undertake support duties if necessary to provide support to the service users, acting as a role model and ensuring continuity of service standards.
- Assist with liaison with others inside and outside Centre 404 who have links with the service users.
- Contribute to the development of the Housing and Independent Living Service as a whole.
