SuperCarers are looking for caring and compassionate Domiciliary care workers that show empathy and continuity in the care they are providing. The Care Assistants will be providing personal care to service users in their own homes or Care/Nursing Homes.
Responsibilities:
- Undertake personal care and feeding of clients
- Perform light domestic duties and food preparation
- Assess client needs and feedback to the Service Manager
- Collect information to help plan care
- Assist the patient to take medication as agreed in the care plan
- Complete the mandatory training and induction programme
- Identify own learning needs and interests
- Produce a personal development plan in conjunction with the Service Manager
- Make use of educational and development opportunities
- Take an active part in agreed learning activities and record them
Contract Type Available: Permanent – Full Time
Contracted Hours: Full Time - Hours available from 7am - 10:30pm Monday to Friday
Wage: Dependant on experience
Location: St Helens
Driving Licence: Full driving licence and access to transport required.
Qualification: Care Certificate or equivalent, mandatory training, NVQ in social Care
