At Super Benji , we’re reshaping how businesses build relationships at scale. Benji, our AI-powered sales assistant, helps teams send smarter, more personalised outbound messages on autopilot. We’re building a new category of relational selling, combining hyper-personalisation, AI, and automation to help companies grow with heart.

We’re a lean, fast-growing AI startup and one of Oxford’s most exciting teams. We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager who is technically confident, commercially aware, and thrives in fast-moving, client-facing environments.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own customer onboarding, taking customers from kickoff to live campaigns quickly
  • Design, configure, and optimise outbound campaigns inside Benji
  • Act as a technical partner to customers, translating goals into practical setups and explaining how things work
  • Varied days – switching between customer calls, campaign builds, and problem-solving
  • Feed customer insight back into product, GTM, and leadership
  • Help shape customer success processes and playbooks as we scale

This role will suit someone who

  • Has experience in tech, Customer Success, Solutions, Sales, Sales Engineering, or GTM-focused roles
  • Is technically confident and enjoys setting things up and learning new tools
  • Is comfortable working with AI tools, automation, and SaaS platforms
  • Thrives in fast-moving environments with lots of context switching
  • Has a commercial mindset and enjoys helping sales teams and customers win
  • Enjoys building things from scratch in an ambitious, early-stage startup
