This role is ideal for a high-performer (new grads or early-career podiatrists are welcome) who wants more than just “a job.” If you’re motivated, coachable, clinically curious, and great with people, you’ll thrive here.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Delivering high-quality, patient-centred podiatry
  • Managing a varied and interesting caseload
  • Using all the latest equipment (focussed shockwave, k laser, footscan, inhouse orthoses manufacture, SWIFT)
  • Building strong relationships with patients
  • Working in a supportive, well-run practice with proper systems
  • Contributing to a high performance clean team culture
  • Developing — clinically and professionally

This Role Is for You If You:

  • Are driven, reliable, and take pride in doing things well
  • Communicate confidently and warmly with patients
  • Want to learn, improve, and push yourself
  • Value being part of a friendly, positive, high-standards team

What You’ll Get:

  • Full-time, permanent position
  • Up to ÂŁ80,000 salary depending on experience and performance
  • Structured support and mentoring (preceptorship for new grads)
  • Full admin support — your focus stays on patients
  • A healthy, driven and professional culture (no burnout mentality here)
  • A practice that rewards effort, growth, integrity and accountability
  • Flexibility in your working hours

The Reality:

This is not a “hide in the corner and coast” role. It is a place where motivated podiatrists grow, feel supported, and are genuinely valued. If that sounds like you, I want to hear from you.

Interested? Send me a DM or email with your CV and a short video (30 secs if fine) introducing yourself.
