This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive wireless coverage product sales in the UK and Europe, involving market analysis, key account management, partner ecosystem development, and achieving defined sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop Sales Strategies and Objectives: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape of wireless coverage products in the UK and Europe to formulate targeted sales strategies. Gain in-depth understanding of mainstream operators and key clients to achieve annual sales targets within the budget. Track and document all sales activities, reporting annual OTE objectives to the line manager.
- Customer Relationship and Business Development: Take responsibility for designated countries/clients to secure potential project orders. Focus on the UK and European markets, maintain key customer relationships, capture sales opportunities, and develop sales channels. Oversee partner recruitment and product ecosystem development in the UK and European markets. Collect and analyze market data in the UK and European wireless communications sector, monitor competitor activities, and provide market insights and decision-making support for the company.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Communications Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Fluent in English with excellent business communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand the technical parameters and solutions of wireless coverage products, and capable of conducting product demonstrations and explanations to clients.
- Over five years of sales experience in the wireless communications industry (e.g., 4G/5G, Distributed Antenna Systems, private networks, RAN, Small Cells).
- Prior experience working for a DAS supplier or a local system integrator is preferred.
- Strong understanding of both direct sales (to telecom operators or designated clients) and channel sales.
- Experience in developing new clients and familiarity with the procurement processes and decision-making chains of clients such as telecom operators and NHS.
- Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure, adaptability to multicultural environments and teamwork.
- This role requires frequent international travel.
