The Opportunity

Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Lead, the Warehouse Supervisor will ensure the successful day-to-day operation of our Distribution centre. Successfully coaching a high performing team to ensure throughput and delivery is achieved in alignment with daily targets. With a continuous improvement mindset, you will monitor activity and report on shift outcomes, identifying constraints and operational performance opportunities. In alignment with the Suntory Oceania values, you will drive a safety and quality culture.

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage shift staffing levels for operation to ensure throughput and cost control.
  • Report on daily shift outcomes, opportunities, impacts, constraints and operational performance.
  • Coach and develop a team.
  • Work effectively with the state DC Managers and operational support teams to ensure the timely and accurate picking and packing of orders.
  • Support excellence in customer service.
  • Promote a safety first environment and ensure all incidents are accurately reported.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes.
