We're hiring two Territory Managers in Central Queensland, one focusing on our premium alcohol portfolio and one on our fast-growing energy, coffee and hydration portfolio.

Opportunity 1 – Licensed Territory Manager

Take ownership of our alcohol portfolio across the licensed channel, partnering with hotels, bars, clubs and key on‑premise customers to drive distribution, visibility and growth.

You'll represent globally recognised brands including Jim Beam®, Maker's Mark®, Canadian Club®, Hibiki® and -196™.

Opportunity 2 – Non‑Licensed Territory Manager

Drive growth across our fast‑growing non‑alcohol portfolio, partnering with customers to bring leading energy, coffee and hydration brands to more consumers.

You'll represent category‑leading brands including V Energy®, Maximus® and Suntory BOSS Coffee®.

This role requires regular overnight stays. Candidates should only apply if comfortable with this.

  • What You'll Be Doing

As a Territory Manager, you'll be responsible for growing your territory by building strong customer partnerships and delivering exceptional execution.

You'll own your territory like it's your own business; driving growth, identifying opportunities and helping our customers win.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieving sales, distribution and execution targets
  • Identifying and converting new business opportunities
  • Conducting customer presentations and business reviews
  • Building long‑term customer relationships
  • Executing promotional and category initiatives
  • Driving visibility and availability of our brands in market
  • Managing company assets and equipment
  • Delivering outstanding customer service
  • Using insights and data to identify growth opportunities

Most importantly, you'll be the face of Suntory Oceania in your territory.

What You Bring

We're looking for commercially minded sales professionals who love building relationships and winning in market.

Experience in FMCG or Alcohol sales is highly regarded, however we are also interested in hearing from candidates with backgrounds in Hospitality, Retail management, Route or field sales, Business development, Account management or Customer‑facing commercial roles.
