The Opportunity: We are currently seeking glass and can line specialists to join our highly engaged manufacturing team. In this role you will be responsible for crafting our beverages, utilising various high speed automated packaging equipment to support the execution of our manufacturing operational targets. With a continuous improvement mindset, no two days will be the same and you’ll contribute to our safety first and quality culture.

What You'll Do:

  • Utilize various high-speed automated packaging equipment to execute our daily/weekly/monthly targets, aligned to our manufacturing plan including all deliverables and improvement initiatives.
  • Achieve daily company compliance GMP and HACCP standards.
  • Facilitate effective problem solving.
  • Drive continuous improvement activities on the production lines.
  • Perform daily process area cleaning of products/processes.

Experience that you will bring:

  • Experience in FMCG Beverage manufacturing or relevant industry (highly regarded).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills & ability to collaborate with others.
  • Lean manufacturing industry experience.
  • Strong problem solving skills and experience.
