Introducing Suntory Oceania, a new $3b multi-beverage partnership between Suntory Global Spirits and Suntory Beverage & Food. Our exciting new partnership will be powered by two manufacturing sites, five distribution centres and more than 1500 Suntorians across Australia and New Zealand. Our market-leading portfolio will have over 40 brands, including Jim Beam® and Maker's Mark® Bourbon, Hibiki® Japanese Whisky, Canadian Club® Whisky, -196, V Energy, Maximus, and Suntory BOSS Coffee.

The Opportunity: It’s an exciting time to join as we scale up our operation in the Oceania region. Our national distribution centre, in Swanbank, Ipswich will supply the region, ensuring the continuous supply of products to fulfil our customer requirements.

As the Flow Controller you will support the optimal performance of our ASRS Warehouse, ensuring the successful completion of daily dispatch and flow management. You will utilise the system tools and liaise with all site teams to effectively complete all inbound & outbound bulk shipments to meet customer requirements, optimising processes and pallet throughput enabling the facility to achieve its daily goals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Completion of the daily dispatch of finished goods through SAP EWM to local and national bulk customers, complying with COR standards and successfully maintaining DIFOT KPI.
  • Detailed use of SAP EWM and Schaefer Wamas daily, ensuring Stock Rotation Principles are utilised.
  • Establish & optimise routines to ensure that visibility of the entire warehouse operations is clear.
  • First point of contact for loading related issues and related troubleshooting.
  • Support with loss and waste analysis to identify areas of opportunity.
