The Opportunity

The Site Administrator provides day‑to‑day support with administration tasks across the site, from hosting international visitors and giving them an exceptional experience at Our Place, to coordinating site initiatives and ensuring that our People are safe and well every day. This role provides the opportunity to collaborate across various teams and support the effective operation of our world‑class facility.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and maintain site administrative processes, including document management and invoicing.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of various internal and external communications.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for the site.
- Develop presentations for internal and external audiences.
- Handle travel bookings and support expense management.
- Work with teams to manage inventory in the office supplies and equipment.
- Vendor and supplier coordination.
Experience That You’ll Bring
To enable you to hit the ground running, we’re looking for someone who is outcome‑focused with a positive can‑do attitude. You will thrive in a fast‑paced environment, be adaptable and willing to take initiative and ownership for activities.
