The purpose of this position is to develop and execute strategic category management plans that drive physical availability, shopper engagement, and long-term scalable growth across our Grocery customers, demonstrating curiosity and urgency in all actions.
What You'll Do
- Create and maintain the Centre of Excellence Execution Playbook encompassing Range, Space, Feature, Back and Front of Store Category Strategies.
- Develop and implement physical availability strategies and execution plans aligned with 3-year and 2025+ horizons.
- Build and sustain credible internal relationships with commercial, brand, and sales teams to influence category direction.
- Leverage qualitative and quantitative data sources to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
- Tailor category strategies collaboratively with customers to deliver competitive advantage and growth.
- Lead and deliver strategic category-focused projects such as promotions analysis, segment performance reviews, and range and space optimization.
- Develop a future-oriented Store Vision to influence and partner effectively with customers.
- Foster a culture of innovation, learning agility, curiosity, urgency, and people development within the team and wider business.

- Proven Category leadership experience in FMCG.

- Familiarity with physical availability strategies and execution.
