Our territory manager roles are critical to our success and a great way to launch your career. These roles will be managing a hybrid portfolio of traditional retail and on premise customers.
- Territory Management – Ensure coverage within your territory as per customer call cycle ensuring the planned call is executed every customer visit
- Selling – Promote and up sell all on Suntory Oceania’s products
- Negotiation – Negotiate new contracts and contract renewals with on premise customers
- Implementation – Implement category management initiatives to ensure planograms and space to sales targets are met
- Analysis – Analyse and target new business opportunities through cold calling and presentation of new products across your territory to ensure objectives are met
- Experience in a field sales role ideally within the liquor industry with a eagerness to learn and drive sales
- Ability to work autonomously and plan your day so you maximise your time in trade
- Understanding of the sales process and systems
- A customer centric mindset you will work closely with your customers to ensure a mutually beneficial outcome
- A desire to grow and achieve – a lot of the knowledge we can teach if you have the right attitude
- You will be a problem solver and always coming up with innovative solutions
