As Senior Brand Manager, you’ll be a strategic leader and hands‑on brand guardian, responsible for driving the brand’s most significant marketing campaigns and annual activation plans. You’ll own the delivery of high-impact, insight‑driven communications, lead our multi‑agency ecosystem, and bring bold, culturally relevant ideas to market with excellence. What You’ll Do
- Develop and deliver standout, high-impact, in‑year communication campaigns by leading cross‑functional teams to ensure flawless brand execution across all consumer touchpoints.
- Lead the end‑to‑end multi‑agency annual planning cycle, setting the strategic direction to shape the brand’s future ambitions and ensuring plans ladder up to Suntory GB&I’s commercial priorities.
- Line‑manage, coach and develop direct reports, helping to build a highly performing, motivated marketing team.
- Work closely with the Head of Brand as a trusted partner in delivering the Annual Operating Plan.
- Lead relationships with agency partners providing clear strategic direction to deliver world‑class work that is effective, innovative and on brand.
- Lead specific brand‑growth projects with full autonomy, ensuring delivery to time, budget and KPIs.

- Significant FMCG Marketing experience at a Senior Brand Manager level or equivalent.
- A proven track record of delivering large‑scale annual operating plans, ATL campaigns and omnichannel activations.
- Strong leadership skills with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders and inspire cross‑functional teams.
- Commercially sharp with strong analytical capability and a track record of driving measurable brand and business growth.
