The purpose of this position is to safeguard and grow BU net sales profitability by strategically managing the five value levers—pricing, pack architecture, mix, promotions and trade terms to create sustainable, profitable growth across all channels.
What You'll Do
- Lead specific areas of the RGM Strategy and plan across the Levers, Brands and Channels.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies including list price design, trade logic, price corridors, inflation mitigation plans and consumer elasticity models.
- Design pack price architecture including pack price ladders, value tier strategies and portfolio architecture.
- Define promotion strategies with rules, guardrails, test-learn cycles and ROI frameworks; manage joint promo planning with Sales.
- Drive mix management by shifting product/channel/customer mix towards higher value pools and SKU optimisation.
- Govern trade investment frameworks, performance conditions and compliance tracking.
- Develop and enhance RGM systems and tools such as simulators, elasticity tools, promo analytics and databases.
- Act as a cross-functional partner to Category, CSP, Sales, Finance and BI to shape profitable growth.
- Ensure value-led pricing and promotion decisions are made faster, consistently and at scale.

What You need to be successful
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Previous RGM or similar commercial experience with strong financial acumen.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems (e.g., SAP Business Objects, IRI/Sales out).
- Experience working cross-functionally with strong presentation and storytelling skills.
- Strong project management and accountability skills.
- Collaboration and influencing skills to work effectively across functions.
- Sales experience.
- Experience with RGM simulators and elasticity tools.
- Knowledge of trade investment frameworks and compliance tracking.
