About your role

Lead team at assigned Location & work with account managers to deliver SPVB volume, Revenue, market share via In-store execution & business action plans. Lead & train, build team capability & track to drive & ensure excellent execution at outlets, as per SPVB standards. Customer/outlets frequent visits to build relationship and to grow volume.

What You\โ€™ll Do

  1. Grow volume, revenue and share in the Modern Trade channel, at assigned locations
  2. Work on monthly plan, yearly plan to deliver, grow volume, revenue & share in Modern Trade channel, at assigned locations
  3. Lead Modern Trade Executive & Blue Force to deliver the plans per accounts, per outlets
  4. Lead for corrective action plans for week, months or balance of years
  5. Lead and build capability of Modern Trade Executive & Blue Force to ensure daily execution as per SPVB strategy and policy
  6. Lead and support team for in-store negotiation of volume ordering and/or extra displays and/or others
  7. Provide insight/feedback/market intelligence to Planning (account managers) for corrective actions if any
  8. Develop and keep updated an account profile/plan to the SPVB standard (ASAP)
  9. Handle Local customers from negotiation for contract, develop trade terms, in-stores visibility and promotion activities and grow volume at Local accounts
  10. Manage SPVB\โ€™s assets at outlets: visicooler, other equipmentโ€ฆ
  11. Ensure to achieve 5 points scorecard
  12. Team Building
  13. Build team spirit, capability
  14. On the job training & Work With team to build and track performance of team members
  15. Setting Objectives & Tracking Results
  16. Set clear objectives that are consistent with company goals with each member of the team
  17. Build Source of Growth, Forecast, targets per month per outlets, per skus
  18. Ensure clear communication to internal and external
  19. Review progress vs objectives on a bi-weekly basis, provide insights and action plans
  20. Customer Relationships & Customer Wiring
  21. Frequent customers wiring for relationship building
  22. Frequent customers wiring to support customers to grow SPVB volume and/or other in-store negotiation
  23. Win Local accounts & New Local accounts
  24. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities (new distribution / new customers) & develop SPVB CDA/products in new accounts in assigned location with effective CDA
  25. Grow volume/share/revenue and ensure execution at Local accounts/stores
  26. Others
  27. Support Director/Line manager to re-build standard of execution or policy if any to cope with market changes: span of control of Blue Force, KPI for incentives, salary, system, process
  28. Lead problem solving and address team issue
  29. Lead teams via changes via effective communication and timely support
  30. Other tasks as assigned by Manager

What You need to be successful

  • BA degree in any disciplines, major in Economic/ Commerce/ Marketing are preferred.
  • Good knowledge & understanding of Modern Trade channel
  • At least 05 years of relevant experiences in FMCG
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Leadership, being proactive and result-oriented
  • Fluent English for communication and writing
  • Able to go on business trip frequently
