You have a strong interest in Procurement and have built solid experience in logistics procurement, ideally within transport and/or warehousing categories in an international or FMCG environment. Your background has enabled you to develop a strong understanding of sourcing strategies, supplier management and tender processes related to logistics activities. You possess strong communication skills and are comfortable building positive relationships across functions and markets. You are rigorous, reliable, analytical, and proactive, with a collaborative mindset and leadership abilities. You are comfortable working cross‑functionally with Logistics, Finance, Legal and other business stakeholders, and you know how to balance cost, quality and operational priorities. You have experience working in an international environment and are fluent in English and Spanish.
As a Senior Logistics Buyer at Suntory Beverage & Food Europe, reporting directly to the SBFE Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing logistics sourcing strategies for transport and warehouse activities across European markets. You will lead tender processes in close collaboration with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders, selecting and negotiating with suppliers to ensure the best commercial and contractual outcomes. You will manage supplier relationships end‑to‑end, including contract finalisation, change management and ongoing performance monitoring against agreed KPIs, ensuring consistent supplier performance and service levels. You will ensure that procurement processes and policies are applied throughout the full sourcing lifecycle, from needs definition to supplier management, while supporting project teams and stakeholders in their sourcing activities. You will drive sourcing initiatives in a structured way, balancing cost, quality and timelines, while contributing to continuous improvement actions and total cost of ownership optimisation. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders across functions and geographies, ensuring alignment of priorities and supporting the resolution of supplier performance issues and escalations when required. You will contribute to ongoing logistics procurement projects, including major transport tenders, supplier follow‑up and broader team initiatives across a European scope.

Your profile includes:
- Academic background in Business School, Engineering or University with a specialisation in Procurement, Supply Chain or a related field
- Strong experience in Procurement, ideally in logistics categories (transport and/or warehousing)
- Strong negotiation, analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage complex topics in a structured and autonomous way
- Collaborative mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Fluent in English and Spanish; French is a plus.
