About your role
Lead team at assigned Location and work with account managers to deliver SPVB volume, revenue, market share via in-store execution and business action plans. Lead and train, build team capability and track to drive and ensure excellent execution at outlets, as per SPVB standards. Customer/outlets frequent visits to build relationship and to grow volume.
What You'll Do
- Grow volume, revenue and share in the Modern Trade channel, at assigned locations.
- Work on monthly plan, yearly plan to deliver, grow volume, revenue and share in Modern Trade channel, at assigned locations.
- Lead Modern Trade Executive and Blue Force to deliver the plans per accounts, per outlets.
- Lead for corrective action plans for week, months or balance of years.
- Lead and build capability of Modern Trade Executive and Blue Force to ensure daily execution as per SPVB strategy and policy.
- Lead and support team for in-store negotiation of volume ordering and/or extra displays and/or others.
- Provide insight/feedback/market intelligence to Planning (account managers) for corrective actions if any.
- Develop and keep updated an account profile/plan to the SPVB standard (ASAP).
- Handle Local customers from negotiation for contract, develop trade terms, in-stores visibility and promotion activities and grow volume at Local accounts.
- Manage SPVB's assets at outlets: visicooler, other equipment.
- Ensure to achieve 5 points scorecard.
Team Building
- Build team spirit, capability.
- On the job training and work with team to build and track performance of team members.
Setting Objectives & Tracking Results
- Set clear objectives that are consistent with company goals with each member of the team.
- Build source of growth, forecast, targets per month per outlets, per SKUs.
- Ensure clear communication to internal and external.
- Review progress vs objectives on a bi-weekly basis, provide insights and action plans.
Customer Relationships & Customer Wiring
- Frequent customers wiring for relationship building.
- Frequent customers wiring to support customers to grow SPVB volume and/or other in-store negotiation.
- Win Local accounts and new Local accounts.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities (new distribution / new customers) and develop SPVB CDA/products in new accounts in assigned location with effective CDA.
- Grow volume/share/revenue and ensure execution at Local accounts/stores.
Others
- Support Director/Line manager to re-build standard of execution or policy if any to cope with market changes: span of control of Blue Force, KPI for incentives, salary, system, process.
- Lead problem solving and address team issue.
- Lead teams via changes via effective communication and timely support.
- Other tasks as assigned by Manager.
What You Need to be Successful
- BA degree in any disciplines, major in Economic/Commerce/Marketing are preferred.
- Good knowledge and understanding of Modern Trade channel.
- At least 5 years of relevant experiences in FMCG.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Leadership, being proactive and result-oriented.
- Fluent English for communication and writing.
- Able to go on business trip frequently.
