We offer a uniquely diverse portfolio of beverages enjoyed by millions across the globe About your role The purpose of this position is to deliver a high-quality, consistent and efficient employee experience by providing hands‑on HR support, partnership, and expertise to employees and people managers What You'll Do Provide HR support and expertise to employees and people managers regarding HR programs, policies, and related matters.
Offer career guidance and coaching to individuals and people managers to support their development.
Serve as the primary point of contact and support for people managers within the assigned location.
Lead employee relations (ER) cases for standard issues and provide support for complex cases as needed.
Advise on performance management issues and lead investigations when required.
Support HR leaders in planning and rolling out HR programs and initiatives.
Assist with general People services processes such as supporting interviews and managing involuntary separations.
Act as liaison between the Global/Regional People Excellence team and local employees and managers.
