The purpose of this position is: To business partner the marketing teams to build and deliver a long-term profitable growth strategy through effective brand resource allocation, anticipation of external factors, efficient ways of working, strong leadership, and a long-term NPD pipeline.
What You'll Do
- Provide financial analysis and insights to improve Ribena and Category Expansion performance and exceed budget commitments.
- Support marketing and commercial teams on pricing decisions, in-year activations, and cross-functional execution of plans.
- Lead financial analysis and appraisal of innovation and NPD business cases ensuring alignment with internal guidelines and value delivery.
- Manage forecasting and budgeting processes with clear identification of risks and opportunities.
- Control and manage advertising and promotion budgets to ensure no overspend and optimal ROI.
- Champion governance culture ensuring adherence to financial processes and investment authorization.
- Coach and support marketing and R&D teams to ensure financial delivery of commercial plans.
- Cover for Senior Brand Finance Business Partner as required and support strategic financial planning processes.

- Qualified accountant with proven financial acumen.
- Experience in FMCG commercial business partnering and finance support.
- Expertise in international accounting standards for revenue reporting and treatment.
- Strong cross-functional team and project collaboration skills.
- Ability to provide strategic financial insight and challenge.
- Experience in managing advertising and promotion budgets with media econometrics.
- Coaching and development experience for marketing and R&D teams.
- Knowledge of supply chain finance and commercial alignment processes (IBP or similar).
