The primary responsibility of the Reliability Engineer is the continuous improvement of the performance of site’s process and packaging equipment by ensuring the correct Planned Preventative Maintenance activities are reflected in the weekly, monthly and annual plans.
What You’ll Do
- Drive reliability and performance at our Coleford site by leading FMEA, advanced RCA, and data‑driven maintenance improvements.
- You’ll own preventative maintenance strategies, eliminate recurring failures, and help shift the operation from reactive to proactive engineering.
We are looking for an experienced FMCG engineer passionate about continuous improvement and making equipment run better, faster and longer.
