Role Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver monthly management reporting package and underlying in-depth reviews for the local market as well as for the International leadership.
- Business partner to the Marketing team, providing financial support and ensuring effective use and ROI of brand investment.
- Prepare variance analysis, trend analysis, and mix/price/volume analysis in alignment with Commercial Finance.
- Facilitate data‑driven decision making through development and implementation of financial dashboards, stronger and more insightful financial analysis, and business acumen.
- Strategic planning: manage the process for creating mid‑ to long‑term financial plans.
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting and reporting process, including developing financial targets and key metrics.
- Support the Controlling team during month‑end close processes by analysing the figures and adjustments.
- Monitor the entire P&L and highlight risks and opportunities.
- Provide financial management to the Ireland business (which is distributed by sister Suntory Beverage & Food company) and also to the Direct‑to‑Consumer (D2C) business.
- Act as local subject matter expert for global budgeting/forecasting/report systems.
- Proactively identify process improvements and cost‑efficiency initiatives.
- Assist in special projects as needed.
- Be an active member of the Finance, Int FP&A and wider UK team.
Qualifications
- Degree qualified with relevant Accounting/Business/Finance qualification.
- 8+ years of diversified finance/consulting experience, preferably including experience within a multinational consumer products business.
- Fluent in English.
