Suntory Global Spirits is seeking a Project Engineer to drive capital projects across our Scottish distilleries, from concept through handover.
You will work with Operations, Maintenance and EHS to improve reliability, safety, sustainability, and production capability while preserving site heritage.
The role is an 18-month fixed-term contract on the Isle of Islay, Scotland.
You will coordinate internal teams and external contractors, develop scopes, and ensure timely delivery with cost control
