Reporting to the Senior HR Manager for the UK and Ireland, this is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic HR Generalist to become a vital part of our amazing team at Suntory Global Spirits, where we are passionately "in pursuit of the extraordinary!" with the ambition of being the Worldβs Most Admired Spirits Company.
Your Impact: As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in enabling recruitment and selection, nurturing talent development, and fostering positive employee relations across our business units whilst partnering with our people leaders at all levels to enhance the capability and engagement of our talented teams. Role Responsibilities:
- Empower People Leaders: Provide expert guidance and coaching on engagement, employee relations, rewards, attendance management, performance, and grievance and disciplinary matters.
- Attract Top Talent: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to attract the best talent through effective job design, sourcing, and onboarding strategies.
- Champion Inclusion: Drive our commitment to inclusion across the UK and Ireland, ensuring every voice is heard and valued.
- Continuous Improvement: Work alongside the UK and Ireland HR team to enhance our processes and policies, striving for best-in-class compliance and practices.
- Lead Change Initiatives: Supporting HR projects and change initiatives that propel our organization forward.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage HR analytics to fuel data-driven decision-making across all facets of HR.
Qualifications:
- A degree-level education.
- Generalist operational HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in employee relations and employment legislation.
- Proven HR project management and execution skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and a passion for data.
- Exceptional Communication Skills And Relationship-building Capabilities.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and resilience in a dynamic work environment.
- A collaborative spirit that thrives in teamwork.
Other Desirable Skills/Experience:
- CIPD qualification.
- Experience working within an International HR organization.
- Familiarity with multi-site operations.
