This is an exciting opportunity for a data lover wanting to help scale our emerging and fast‑growing DTC business. The role sits at the intersection of eCommerce, performance media, commercial, and activation, combining analytical strength in DTC performance management with commercial ownership of campaign delivery and trading execution. You will shape the growth of the DTC business by turning performance data into action. Working across DTC & Digital, Paid Media partners, CRM, and Finance, you will ensure decisions are grounded in strong commercial insight and a clear view of the consumer.
Role Responsibilities- Activation and Trading: Develop and implement DTC activation plans that support monthly sales targets and key trading moments. Manage relationships with paid media agencies to support effective multi‑channel activation across Google and Meta. Leverage first‑party consumer data in partnership with CRM to refine targeting, optimize sales plans, and improve customer value. Develop and manage the merchandising plan to strengthen the onsite consumer experience and commercial performance. Ensure catalogue is effectively managed to optimize the shopper journey.
- Performance and Commercial Insight: Own DTC performance reporting across brand.com platforms, tracking and communicating key eCommerce KPIs including traffic, conversion, AOV, CAC, retention, revenue, and campaign effectiveness. Deliver clear, actionable insight on customer behaviour, sales trends, and campaign performance to support commercial and marketing decision‑making. Lead regular trading and performance reviews, identifying risks, opportunities, and recommended actions. Translate complex data into clear stories and recommendations for both commercial and finance stakeholders.
- Financial control and governance: Support invoicing and month‑end close activities in partnership with Finance & Operations Manager, ensuring alignment between reported DTC results, revenue recognition, and P&L impact. Maintain accurate and consistent master data across systems and reporting tools, ensuring integrity of reporting. Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen reporting, analytics, and commercial decision‑making.
- Minimum requirements: Proven experience in DTC, eCommerce, digital & paid marketing/activation, commercial analytics, FP&A, or related business performance roles. Strong experience producing reports, dashboards, forecasts, and performance analysis that drive business decisions. Strong understanding of commercial and financial KPIs, including revenue, margin, contribution profit, ROI, and core eCommerce performance metrics. Experience working cross‑functionally with commercial, marketing, and finance stakeholders. Strong project management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced environment. Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with AI tools, as well as analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, or similar.
- Preferred Experience: Experience in digital marketing, eCommerce trading, or DTC sales. Experience using first‑party data to optimize performance and improve customer outcomes. Familiarity with CRM platforms, paid media platforms, and agency management. Familiarity with ERP and eCommerce platforms such as SAP, Magento, Shopify, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Experience in premium/luxury goods or alcoholic beverages categories is advantageous. Experience in scaling businesses or improving processes in emerging environments is a plus.
