  • Data analysis & insights: Deliver actionable insights on customer behaviour, sales trends, and campaign performance to influence commercial and marketing strategies.
  • Forecasting & planning: Support forecasting of sales, demand, and margin for the DTC channel, providing variance analysis versus plan.
  • Cross‐functional collaboration: Act as the key connector between DTC, Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing to ensure a data‐driven approach to decision making.
  • Data governance: Maintain accurate and consistent data across systems (SAP, Magento, BI tools), ensuring reporting integrity.
  • Continuous improvement: Recommend and implement process enhancements to streamline reporting, analytics, and financial tracking.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience in DTC eCommerce analytics, FP&A, or business/financial analysis within CPG, retail, or consulting.

  • Experience producing reports, dashboards, and forecasts that drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills — able to translate complex data into clear insights for both commercial and finance stakeholders.
  • Self‐starter with strong project management and organizational skills, able to thrive in a fast‐paced, growth‐oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in premium or luxury goods.
  • Background in start‐up or scaling environments, where you defined new reporting processes or best practices.
  • Familiarity with ERP (SAP) and eCommerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud).
