About your role
As Senior Brand Manager, you’ll be a strategic leader and hands‑on brand guardian, responsible for driving the brand’s most significant marketing campaigns and annual activation plans. You’ll own the delivery of high‑impact, insight‑driven communications, lead our multi‑agency ecosystem, and bring bold, culturally relevant ideas to market with excellence.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and deliver standout, high‑impact, in-year communication campaigns by leading cross‑functional teams to ensure flawless brand execution across all consumer touchpoints
- Lead the end‑to‑end multi‑agency annual planning cycle, setting the strategic direction to shape the brand’s future ambitions and ensure plans ladder up to Suntory GB&I’s commercial priorities.
- Line manage, coach and develop direct reports, helping to build a highly performing, motivated marketing team.
- Work closely with the Head of Brand as a trusted partner in delivering the Annual Operating Plan.
- Lead relationships with agency partners providing clear strategic direction to deliver world‑class work that is effective, innovative and on brand.
- Lead specific brand‑growth projects with full autonomy, ensuring delivery to time, budget and KPIs

- Significant FMCG Marketing experience at a Senior Brand Manager level or equivalent.
- A proven track record of delivering large‑scale annual operating plans, ATL campaigns and omnichannel activations.
- Strong leadership skills with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders and inspire cross‑functional teams.
- Commercially sharp with strong analytical capability and a track record of driving measurable brand and business growth.
- A proactive, self‑starting mindset, comfortable taking ownership, challenging thinking and bringing fresh ideas.
