In this role as a Supply Chain Finance Analyst, you will act as a key bridge between financial performance and operational decision‑making across the factory. You will be responsible for ensuring that manufacturing costs, product costings, and site financials are accurately captured and translated into meaningful insights that help the business make informed choices. By partnering closely with Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and Planning teams, you will play an important role in shaping site performance, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and contributing to the wider transformation within the Supply Chain Finance function.
What you’ll do:
- You will lead the product costing process for all factory‑produced goods and support New Product Development by providing clear, accurate financial insights.
- Each month, you will contribute to the month‑end close by preparing factory accounts, analysing variances, and delivering timely financial reports.
- Your role also includes strengthening the accuracy of volume forecasting in collaboration with the planning team and helping to integrate these forecasts into broader IBP processes.
- You will support budget creation, working with managers across the site to develop tools and approaches that make planning more effective and transparent.
- In addition, you will contribute to projects that enhance operational efficiency, whether through process automation, finance transformation initiatives, or improvements in internal controls and compliance.

What you need to be successful:
- To succeed in this role, you should bring a strong foundation in finance, ideally supported by a degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field, and the willingness to pursue a professional finance qualification.
- You will thrive with solid analytical skills, curiosity, and the ability to translate numbers into clear explanations that support non‑finance colleagues.
- Experience working in FMCG or Supply Chain environments is helpful, as is confidence working within cross‑functional teams.
- Strong systems capability, particularly with SAP, PowerBI, and Microsoft Office, will support your effectiveness as you contribute to the site’s financial performance and process improvements.
