About your role The role of the Chilled Solutions Manager is an important role that defines, builds, and executes our chilled solutions strategy. Within this, the role is specifically focused on two core elements; Being Future Fit via sourcing and negotiating chiller tech to improve data collection holding them to account and always on the look out for efficient ways to work together. What You’ll Do Keep close to the Gemba, with particular focus on channel activity and industry equipment development Use data analysis, market insight and channel priorities to understand where the best opportunities lie for Suntory Chilled Equipment for the next 10 years Ensure creative plans are in place to meet future industry legislation, always demonstrating an open minded, Gemba approach Lead the agenda with key stakeholders to deliver on these opportunities Clearly defined work with key stakeholders to agree future budget requirements to deliver on the Chilled Solutions offering, via the AOP
