Job Description

YOU

As our Artwork Project Coordinator, you will manage the production of technical artwork for the Lucozade Ribena Suntory portfolio within the GB&I and export countries. You are an essential part of the artwork process: managing, prioritizing and monitoring the updating and implementation of artwork and artwork changes. You have a can-do mentality with a flexible approach to managing workload, a clear but friendly communication style and an infectious enthusiasm for delivering projects, striving for continuous improvement of the artwork processes within Lucozade Ribena Suntory. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects for big brands including Ribena, Lucozade Sport, Lucozade Energy, Orangina as well as some of our smaller seed brands. Your role is to support all stages of the artwork request from design brief approval (owned by Brand Marketing) through to the artwork files at the printer for the brands.

YOUR ROLE

  • Management of project governance from brief through to delivery for Lucozade Ribena Suntory and export markets portfolio, including updating project templates with key actions and milestones and ensuring new stakeholders are included in each task required.
  • Responsible for arranging and attending relevant artwork meetings. Capturing feedback between design agency, repro agency, printers and internal teams to achieve right-first-time print-ready files and ensure changes are made to artwork prior to briefing. Strong attention to detail required to avoid errors.
  • Track, monitor and communicate regularly status of artworks to relevant stakeholders. Create and manage an artwork delivery tracker to send out to all relevant stakeholders to show the volume of artworks upcoming for departmental resource planning. Able to provide any artwork updates and liaise with supply chain on realistic dates and any bottlenecks.
