You will lead and implement transversal packaging program related projects into the regional markets. This will include multiple different project typologies and many stakeholders (Innovations/ Renovations, CBI (Core Brand Innovation), Business continuity, DtV (Design to Value), Plants, CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility)). You will bring packaging technical key expertise to the glass bottle PCM (packaging category model) subject matter expert group. You will share expertise to support market delivery. You will form part of a transversal packaging team to drive standardisation of our packaging portfolio. You will drive connection and remove barriers between stakeholders.
YOUR ROLE
- Lead strategic multi-market packaging projects, collaborating with market pack managers and operations leaders to ensure timely delivery across several markets.
- Ensure alignment, synergies, efficiency, and coordination within SBFE packaging teams.
- Support the development of Ways Of Working (WOW) within the Packaging SBFE team to enhance consistency and efficiency.
- Act as a key sponsor for Quality mindset initiatives, Protect the Castle (PTC), and upscale SBFE approaches, including risk assessment methodologies.
- Leverage cross-functional discussions to advance SBFE's packaging strategy roadmap, focusing on standardization and CSR initiatives.
- Drive change management using models like ADKAR.
- Collaborate with regional CSR packaging projects, expand best practices across Business Units and Labs, and support Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) discussions.
- Ensure regulatory compliance in project management per pack regulatory team guidelines and standardize pack data management systems.
- Promote Kaizen methodology and problem-solving approaches, providing guidance and support to markets.

WHAT I NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- Engineer, Master 2 University degree (5 years) in Food Science, Technology, with a focus on Packaging (preferred) or equivalent experience.
- Solid experience in R&D, Production, Packaging, Process suppliers, QEHS.
- Technical expertise in glass bottles is essential.
- Experience with data management systems, including Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
- Background in the Food Industry or suppliers, preferably in beverages or packaging.
- Leadership skills and business acumen.
- Management experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical and creative skills.
- Ability to build recommendations and explain complex situations clearly.
- Technical knowledge in liquids, packaging, and processes.
