About your role
This role’s responsibility is to support the development, communication and implementation of Global Procurement vision, objectives and strategy for Global Category related to media and market insight for SBFHQ. Specifically, execute the category and sourcing strategy defined to drive category transformation of Suntory Procurement into a value-added business partner at Global and Regional level. Successful development of supplier relationship to support SBFI growth and maximized value delivery to SBFI markets.
What You'll Do
- Input into, and execute global category strategies aligned to business goals, delivering cost savings, innovation, sustainability and value creation.
- Lead sourcing strategies and supplier selection at global, regional and local levels, ensuring policy compliance and smooth implementation.
- Drive cost optimisation, savings delivery and budget ownership (AOP/MTP), partnering closely with Finance.
- Own category performance: track, report and deliver KPIs, including savings and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Manage strategic supplier relationships, SRM governance, SLAs and supplier development plans.
- Deliver contract strategy, negotiation and lifecycle management, working closely with Legal to mitigate risk and ensure compliant, value‑driven agreements.
- Partner closely with global, regional and local stakeholders to influence decisions and deliver change.
- Track market trends, risks, innovation and ESG opportunities to future‑proof the category.
