About your role

As our Brand Activation Manager, you will lead the front-end/internal deployment of all Shopper Marketing Campaigns and ensure they are delivered to the customer-facing teams in a consistent, simple, and efficient manner. Your focus will be on leading a best-in-class end-to-end execution process and material to deliver commercial and brand growth for Suntory GB&I and support our customer-facing teams to be ‘Gemba centric’.

You will develop shopper toolkits for all campaigns, providing internal and external stakeholders with the right level of information and insight. You will support the business in creating marketing-leading brand and commercial plans and ensure seamless brand communication to our external sales teams. Additionally, you will lead the short-term (6 months) execution process, ensuring clear and concise communication across the cross-functional business.

This is a non-customer facing strategic role that enables other team members to be 10% Gemba centric by creating collaborative relationships with agency partners, leading flawless execution tracking and processes, and managing all internal sign-off procedures. The individual will need to think multifacetedly, integrating a commercial lens, brand plans, and customer perspectives to form well-rounded, objective recommendations.

What You\’ll Do

  • Lead the creative development and management of shopper marketing campaigns across the drinks portfolio, including Lucozade Energy, Sport, and Ribena.
  • Build strategic, customer-centric execution toolkits for all campaigns, including internal back-office processes.
  • Develop and implement the end-to-end shopper marketing execution process, contributing appropriate inputs into the commercial cycle.
  • Lead the tracking and evaluation of each activation campaign, maintaining the master scorecard and providing insights for future campaigns.
  • Build and lead the brand communication platform to facilitate the flow of information to the sales function with best-in-class external content.
  • Support the formation and maintenance of effective relationships with shopper marketing agencies and brand partners.
  • Share and collate best-in-class insights from agencies, suppliers, and retailers.
  • Translate brand, consumer, and shopper insights into shopper activation strategies.
  • Review all point-of-sale materials, including new technologies and innovations.
  • Support the execution of test & learn initiatives.
