This position plays an important role in shaping the Ribena and future brand’s future, driving innovation and strategy, and ensuring the brand portfolio meets the ever-evolving demands of our Seikatsusha and market while aligning with organisational goals. This role is critical in driving brand growth, profitability, and equity while ensuring successful execution of marketing initiatives across multiple markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand management, innovation, and stakeholder collaboration, with a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

- Brand Growth: Drive Ribena’s growth and profitability through strategic initiatives.

- Budget Control: Manage the budget for Ribena’s development costs, A&M, and consumer research.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and define brand positioning.
What You Need to Be Successful
- Minimum of 4+ years at Brand Manager level or equivalent, preferably with experience across different geographies.
- Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and marketing skills.
- Good knowledge and experience in brand marketing and project management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Good communication and networking abilities.
- Demonstrated innovative and creative skills.
- Willingness to travel.
