As the Global Consultant – Record to Report (RTR) you will lead the end-to-end transformation of RTR across people, process, and technology, partnering closely with executive leadership. You will drive cross-functional and cross-regional delivery within the RTR tower, ensuring strong governance, stakeholder alignment, and program integration under Fusion. This role is accountable for delivering measurable business value, managing senior stakeholders, and overseeing program performance and spending.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- RTR Transformation Leadership: Lead and drive end-to-end RTR transformation across people, process, and technology, covering operating model redesign, system deployment, and adoption. Coordinate workstreams across design, build, implement, and monitor phases to deliver measurable business value. Define and track key metrics to ensure sustainable transformation and value realization.
- People, Process & Technology: Partner with People & Culture and Change teams to design comprehensive deployment and transition plans. Collaborate with Product, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver fit-to-standard global processes and scalable technology solutions. Drive process optimization across the RTR taxonomy, including GL, asset accounting, closing, intercompany, costing, treasury, reporting, and financial consolidation.
- Governance & Performance: Chair tower-level governance forums, manage decision rights, and elevate risks/issues to program governance bodies. Ensure timely reporting, strong program oversight, and effective management of program performance and spend.
- Stakeholder & Continuous Improvement: Engage business units and markets to ensure alignment, compliance, and best practice sharing. Define success criteria, KPIs, and SLAs while driving continuous improvement and policy alignment across global processes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or a related discipline.
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Deep end-to-end knowledge of the RTR process in SAP, including financial close, reporting, and related finance integrations.
- 10-15 years of operational experience across finance, order-to-invoice, sales, or pricing environments.
- Proven experience driving large-scale, multi-country SAP transformation program and leading enterprise-wide change.
- Strong business analytical skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across multicultural environments.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Up to 30% travel to support in-market process reviews and SAP deployment activities.
