Job Responsibilities
- Support the understanding and application of the Group Talent Framework, Talent Marketplace structure, and its integration with Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
- Assist in preparing Talent Marketplace usage analytics and reports and propose improvement ideas based on insights.
- Support basic Performance Enablement Process (PEP) activities, including understanding talent processes and MSPS requirements.
- Assist in tracking the annual P&C calendar and support BP transactional activities.
- Support annual P&C activity planning and coordination.
- Gain exposure to budgeting processes, including cost allocation principles and contract arrangements.
- Assist in managing P&C projects, including basic schedule, risk, and issue tracking.
- Support initiatives aimed at embedding a performance-driven culture that fosters innovation.
- Assist with initiatives aligned to GHQ expectations, Employee Engagement Survey (EES) insights, and DEI/Inclusion principles.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, HRM.
- More than 6 years of relevant working experience.
- Possess strong technical acumen, including Excel, PowerPoint and P&CIS (SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow experience a plus).
- Excellent written and spoken language skills with an ability to understand employee queries and interact with different stakeholders in P&C and business.
- Knowledge of fundamental P&C practices including employee data, talent, learning, performance, recruitment and compensation.
- Strong organizational, time management skills.
- Able to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
- Eye for details, creative, team player and self-motivated.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills and able to work with people at all levels.
