The Guest Services Supervisor is responsible for inspiring, developing, and motivating the guest services team, driving sales, rentals, slip sales, cash management and inventory management, and setting world‑class customer service standards. The role supports front‑line operations across multiple service marinas, including fuel dock, pump‑out, and arrival/departure of boats. The Supervisor complies with all company policies, procedures, and legal requirements and encourages teamwork, fun, and customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with directing the Guest Services team operations under the direction of the General Manager or the Guest Services Manager, ensuring the team provides world‑class customer service.
  • Facilitate training for the Guest Services team so they can successfully promote sales, rentals, and understand Suntex Marinas' expectations for world‑class customer service.
  • Ensure marina customers are satisfied with services provided.
  • Ensure that our rental fleet and water‑sports equipment are clean, in perfect working order, providing guests the best experience on the water.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and outstanding communication skills
  • Very organized and detail oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to independently lift, carry, push, and pull up to thirty (30) pounds
  • Must be able to swim or be willing to wear a personal flotation device in emergency situations
  • Must be able to perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand ‑arm movements frequently, and squeezing and overhead reaching occasionally
  • Must be able to work flexible hours based on the needs of the property, including weekends and holidays as needed
