1ăCapture new business opportunities to drive growth
2ăDevelop new customers, improve the relationship with existing customer
3ăImprove market share
4ăAlign the annual sales target with customers, monitoring performance month over month
5ăNegotiate pricing and contract terms, credit line management and Account receivable collections on time
6ă100% customer satisfaction from pre-sales support, order fulfillment, payment collection and after-sale service
7ăIncrease revenues, profitability and cash flow for the company according to established KPIs
8ăSupport marketing activities and communication, improve the brand image
9ăMonitoring competitorsâ pricing, NPIs and strategies
