Job Description:

  • Capture new business opportunities to drive growth.
  • Develop new customers and improve the relationship with existing customers.
  • Improve market share.
  • Align the annual sales target with customers, monitoring performance month over month.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms, credit line management, and account receivable collections on time.
  • Achieve 100% customer satisfaction from pre-sales support, order fulfillment, payment collection, and after-sale service.
  • Increase revenues, profitability, and cash flow for the company according to established KPIs.
  • Support marketing activities and communication, improving the brand image.
  • Monitor competitors' pricing, NPIs, and strategies.
  • Actively collaborate with Head office teams to get support and provide feedback on front-line information.
  • Regular business travel to visit existing and potential clients in the region.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, electrical, power, or related fields.
  • Good understanding of the distribution PV market.
  • 3+ years B2B sales experience in the PV or renewable energy industry.
  • Experience working for multinational companies with a global mindset.
  • Proven track record of successful execution of sales targets in previous roles.
  • PV technical background is a plus.
  • Positive, self-driven, diligent, can-do attitude, and a team player.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, able to influence different customer levels from procurement teams to C-suite.
  • A fast learner with street smarts.

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
  • Able to travel on a regular basis and/or abroad at short notice.
