Job Description:
- Capture new business opportunities to drive growth.
- Develop new customers and improve the relationship with existing customers.
- Improve market share.
- Align the annual sales target with customers, monitoring performance month over month.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms, credit line management, and account receivable collections on time.
- Achieve 100% customer satisfaction from pre-sales support, order fulfillment, payment collection, and after-sale service.

- Support marketing activities and communication, improving the brand image.
- Monitor competitors' pricing, NPIs, and strategies.
- Actively collaborate with Head office teams to get support and provide feedback on front-line information.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, electrical, power, or related fields.
- Good understanding of the distribution PV market.
- 3+ years B2B sales experience in the PV or renewable energy industry.
