Job overview:

Reporting to the Marketing Manager as a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist you will shape Sunswap's digital approach, crafting innovative campaigns that build brand awareness, generate leads, and drive the adoption of our cutting-edge zero-emission technology. From creating captivating social media content to optimising our website for maximum impact, your expertise will be instrumental in amplifying our message and attracting new customers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Be key to helping Sunswap ‘own’ the sustainable transport refrigeration space across digital spaces.
  • Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms for awareness and lead generation.
  • Manage and update the Sunswap website, be responsible for edits from across the team and ensure its performance.
  • Maintain and scale agentic workflow automations to improve team efficiency.
  • Support sales with ABM strategies.
  • Manage commercial team data access and enrichment.
  • Manage SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic to the website.
  • Continuously run and optimise the website for lead capture and conversions through A/B testing, landing page optimisation, and user experience improvements.
  • Create engaging social media content and implement strategies to grow our online community and engagement.
  • Manage email marketing programs, including list segmentation, campaign creation, and automation.
  • Analyse performance data to optimise budgets, campaigns, and overall digital marketing ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and identify new opportunities to extend our online reach.
  • Monitor online for Sunswap brand – across social media and other platforms.

Qualifications & experience:

  • 4+ years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally within a high-growth, scale-up, or go-to-market environment.
  • Proven experience running paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and social platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, website management, lead generation, and conversion optimisation.
  • Experience with email marketing, CRM, and marketing automation tools.
  • Confident using analytics platforms such as Google Analytics to measure and improve performance.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills for web, email, and social media.
  • Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, growing business.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working in a scaling company environment.
