Job overview:
Sunswap is scaling demand for Endurance globally. We need a Campaigns Manager to bring structure, consistency and sharp execution to our campaigns. This role owns campaign content, coordination and narrative. You’ll write the copy and lead how Sunswap tells its story across different audiences and markets. You’ll deliver campaigns across email, social, newsletters, launches, customer comms and market entry. As we expand beyond a UK-centric approach into markets like Spain, France and Chile, you’ll ensure our messaging is not just translated, but meaningful and effective locally. You report to the Marketing Manager and work closely with Sales, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Partnerships and Customer Success.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the campaign calendar and briefs – to planned, coordinated campaigns
- Run integrated campaigns end-to-end (newsletters, organic social)
- Coordinate with specialists when technical execution sits elsewhere
- Ensure every campaign has a clear narrative and purpose, not just execution
Content Creation:
- Write and edit campaign copy across email, landing pages, newsletters, social, sales support, customer updates and launch comms
- Own Sunswap’s campaign storytelling — shaping clear, compelling narratives for different audiences
- Draft press releases and customer announcements
- Create clear, practical content that supports commercial outcomes and brand credibility
International Campaigns:
- Lead campaign adaptation for priority markets – keep content locally relevant while staying consistent with Sunswap's brand
- Adapt messaging, positioning and storytelling for international audiences (e.g. Spain, France, Chile)
- Brief and manage translators and reviewers
- Create translator guidance (glossary, tone notes, do-not-translate list, proof points)
- Run QA on localised assets
- Plan sensible campaign re-use across markets without producing generic messaging
Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Work with Digital Marketing to hand over briefs for paid campaigns and keep messaging consistent across organic and paid
- Work with Graphic Design to translate campaign narratives into effective assets – you own the words and structure
- Partner with Sales and Partnerships to align campaigns with commercial priorities and follow-up workflows
Events and Field Activity (Candidate-Dependent):
- Coordinate event messaging, pre-event promotion and post-event follow-up campaigns
- Where appropriate, support event slide narratives and copy
Qualifications & experience:
- 4+ years’ experience in campaign management or a similar role
- Proven experience running integrated campaigns end-to-end
- Strong copywriting skills across email, landing pages, social and campaign assets
- Ability to shape clear, compelling narratives – strong storytelling, not just execution
- Experience delivering product launches and/or market-entry campaigns (press exposure a plus)
- Experience adapting campaigns for different audiences and international markets
- Comfortable coordinating localisation with translators and internal teams
- Strong project management skills – able to manage briefs, timelines, stakeholders and approvals
- Confident working cross-functionally and aligning campaigns with commercial priorities
- Background open (B2B or B2C), but useful to understand B2B and selling complex products
Advantageous:
- Language skills (especially Dutch, French or Spanish) are a plus, not required
