The European Sales Manager will lead Sunswap’s enterprise sales function across Europe, with direct responsibility for managing the UK, France, and Benelux sales teams and delivering the overall European sales target.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and deliver the entire European sales target, with full accountability for revenue performance, pipeline health and forecast accuracy across France, the UK and Benelux.
  • Lead, coach and performance-manage a multi‑country enterprise sales team (UK x2, France x1, Benelux x1), setting clear targets, KPIs and expectations.
  • Drive a high‑performance sales culture, ensuring consistent execution of Sunswap’s sales methodology, qualification standards and CRM discipline.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, pipeline reviews and deal reviews to ensure effective deal progression and timely close.
  • Act as a senior escalation point for complex, high‑value or at‑risk opportunities, supporting deal strategy and commercial structuring.
  • Translate company OKRs into clear regional and individual sales plans, ensuring alignment and accountability.
Strategic Sales Execution
  • Support the team in closing complex, high‑value enterprise deals, particularly where senior stakeholder engagement is required.
  • Ensure consistent execution of the end‑to‑end enterprise sales cycle, from lead generation through to contract close and deployment.
  • Oversee the development of a robust, high‑quality pipeline, ensuring sufficient coverage to meet growth targets.
  • Drive improvements in sales efficiency, conversion rates and deal velocity across all markets.
  • Ensure commercial agreements are aligned with operational capability and long‑term customer success.
Cross‑Functional & Market Leadership
  • Work closely with Marketing to drive inbound demand, develop sales materials and support Europe‑specific campaigns.
  • Provide structured market, customer and competitor insights to inform pricing, product development and commercial strategy.
  • Represent Sunswap at industry events and customer meetings, building senior‑level relationships and strengthening brand presence across Europe.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts and reporting in line with Sunswap’s CRM, governance and commercial processes.
  • Support future sales team expansion through input into hiring, onboarding and capability development as the business scales.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Extensive enterprise B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of delivering against revenue targets.
  • Proven experience launching and scaling new markets or territories, ideally as a Country or Regional Manager.
  • Demonstrated success managing and leading enterprise sales teams across multiple countries, with direct ownership of team performance.
  • Strong track record of closing high‑value, complex sales involving multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.
  • Experience owning and forecasting against a regional or multi‑country sales target.
  • Demonstrated success in structuring and executing complex deals, contracts and partnership agreements.
  • Highly proficient in CRM systems and sales reporting, with a disciplined, data‑driven approach.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in fast‑growth, early‑stage environments with high levels of ownership and accountability.
  • This role requires regular travel across France and Europe; candidates must be willing and able to meet these travel requirements.
