What You’ll Do:
- Be A Master of the Machine: Safely and efficiently operate a variety of heavy equipment used in asphalt paving and site construction projects.
- Deliver Quality Work: Support asphalt paving operations from start to finish while maintaining high standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
- Work as a Team: Collaborate with crew members, project managers, contractors, clients, and the public to keep projects running smoothly and professionally.
- Solve Problems in the Field: Adapt to changing job site conditions, troubleshoot issues as they arise, and help ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years minimum experience operating Excavator or Dozer. Topcon GPS experience is a plus.
- A team player with great communication skills, committed, and a positive attitude.
- Someone who's not afraid of hard work, long days, and loud noises.
- Willingness to labour and operate.
