Responsibilities:
- NEC4 and JCT - Contractual and Commercial Project reviews, and Performance
- Review, negotiation, and agreement of all project-related contractual documentation, including main contracts, sub-contracts, scope of works, and final accounts.
- Support the procurement and design process by reviewing terms and flow of work from the main contractor.
Requirements:
- Strong experience of construction law and contract reviewing (JCT & NEC).
- Experience dealing with Tier 1 & 2 contractors.
- Completing Final account negotiations and risk management.
- Degree or Equivalent Experience in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related fields.
- Knowledge of Building Safety Act and its impact on contract delivery.
